“Underwood” IPA - 6.25% abv

Our annual Christmas beer, Underwood is brewed with Chinook, Amarillo, Cascade, and Simcoe hops. This American India Pale Ale pays homage to the iconic California IPAs of the mid-aughts while expressing our own Keepsake character. Bright pine, resin, and grapefruit lead the way, supported by hints of orange peel, soft florality, and a clean, snappy bitterness.

Core beers

“Heartsease” Helles - 4.5% abv

Our everyday drinker. Supremely balanced and easy-drinking, Munich-style light lager made with german Pilsner malt and spalter select hops.

“Marigold” Hefeweizen - 5% abv

Bright, Bavarian-style wheat beer. A special mashing process and cooler fermentation temperatures delicately balance notes of clove, banana, and vanilla.

“Little Helper” Pale Ale - 5% abv

Our house beer. A bright, hoppy pale beer brewed with American Cascade and German Spalter Select hops, offering lively notes of citrus, floral, and spice. if we could only produce one beer at keepsake, this would be it. named after our pets who keep us company through our daily work. $1 of every Little Helper sold is donated to charity.

“Vesper” Black Lager - 5% abv

Our house dark lager. Dry and balanced. Vesper is Black in color yet light bodied and easy-drinking with notes of coffee, chocolate, and roasted malt.

radler - 2% abv

zesty and easy-drinking. A mix of Devil's Foot Sparkling Lemonade and Little Helper Pale Ale.
